1 - Site ownership
This SAI site (the Site) is the property of the SAI company,
SNC, with a capital of 152,500 Euros, registered in the register
of trade and companies of Evry, under number RCS 304 307 713,
the head office of which is situated at the Business Park of
Moulin de Massy in Massy, 91. The company manager and web site
publication director is Mr Jean-Luc Alison, as the Manager of
the SAI company.
2 - Site Contents
The term Site Contents is understood to mean the general structure,
texts, animated and still images, and the sounds comprising
the Site. Any total or partial representation of this Site and
its Contents, by any procedure whatsoever, without prior and
express authorisation from the SAI company, is prohibited and
would constitute an infringement that is sanctioned by articles
L335-2 and following of the Code of Intellectual Property.
3 - Licence for use of the SAI Site Contents
From the sole fact of his connection to the SAI site sai-acoustique.fr,
the user recognises that he accepts, from the SAI company, a
licence for use of the Site Contents that are strictly limited
to the following imperative conditions: - The present non exclusive
licence granted is not transferable. - The right of use conferred
on the user is personal and private: This is to say that any
reproduction of the Site Contents on any support whatsoever
for collective or professional use, even within the firm, is
prohibited. The same applied to any divulgation of these contents
by electronic means, even distributed by business Intranet or
Extranet. - This use includes only the authorisation to reproduce
by storage for representation on the screen of a single computer
and the reproduction of one backup and paper printout copy.
- Any other use is subject to the prior and express authorisation
by the SAI Company. The violation of these dispositions renders
the violator and all responsible persons liable for the penal
and civil sanctions foreseen by French law. For any information
